A godly father is a man of faith. First, there must be saving faith. Note the following Scripture: "But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:8-10
Then, God has given us that which will build faith in us. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17
When Jesus said in Mark 11:22, "Have faith in God." He is telling us to "have the faith of God."
God's Word is faith. His Word working in us and through us is faith in action.
The world needs fathers, not just daddies or a male figure in the house that you cannot figure out why he is hanging around.
